1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Property Hunting mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Property Hunting is a mobile platform that allows users to post their own real estate and properties for sale or rent. The App offers three subscription tiers—Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime—that provide users with the ability to list properties on the platform.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
5. Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscription: Access to post property listings for one month.
Yearly Subscription: Access to post property listings for one year.
Lifetime Subscription: Unlimited access to post property listings indefinitely.
Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Payment for subscriptions will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Upload any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
8. Content Ownership and Licenses
By submitting content to the App, you grant Property Hunting a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the App.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials on the App, excluding user-submitted content, are the property of Property Hunting or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Property Hunting does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the App.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Property Hunting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
13. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Apple Store EULA Compliance
These Terms supplement and incorporate the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA shall govern.
